Floor Reclaim Systems
The basic idea behind an enclosed abrasive blast room is to
use abrasives capable of being recycled. Consequently, the
method of collecting, cleaning and recycling
abrasives becomes the most important feature when considering a
blast room
purchase. The under floor recovery system utilizes a 9" diameter
screw conveyor with 1/4" flighting. Each conveyor is housed in a
10 gauge floor pan with abrasive metering shed plates that
prevent over filling with spent abrasives.
